Homework #4 due October. 15th

The Homework assignment for this week is pretty straight forward.
We will put to good use all elements of a story which we have learned so far.


You have been assigned 2 or 3 chapters from The Silver Chalice to Analyze
Please complete the following:

• Find 3 literary devices within your assigned chapters ( note page number and write sentence)
• Use a blank story chart from the appendix and take note of all elements within your assigned chapters.
• Find setting for your chapters. Some things to consider are:

1. Where is this taking place (city, country etc.)
2. What time is this taking place ( year, daytime, nighttime)
3. Setting descriptions ( is the sun dawning or setting? What's the weather? Landscape? Surroundings). note page number and write sentence.
4. Tell me what effect setting had on your chapters. 
5. Please not any setting changes from within your chapters.
